Roshopion respects the intellectual property rights of filmmakers, writers, artists, musicians, photographers, creators and other rights holders.

1. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of original content they create, subject to the licenses and permissions described in our Terms of Service.

Users must have the necessary rights to upload, publish, distribute or commercially use content.

2. Prohibited Infringement

Uploading or distributing unauthorized films, music, television clips, photographs, artwork, scripts or other protected works is prohibited.

Crediting the original creator does not automatically provide permission to use protected content.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Roshopion infringes your rights, send a notice to [working copyright email] containing:

• Your name and contact details.

• Identification of the copyrighted work.

• The exact URL of the allegedly infringing content.

• An explanation of your ownership or authority to act.

• A statement that the information provided is accurate.

• Any supporting evidence reasonably necessary to evaluate the complaint.

4. Review and Action

We may request additional information, restrict access to disputed material, remove content or take action against accounts where appropriate.

Reports will be assessed under applicable law and platform policies. Filing a report does not automatically establish infringement.

5. Disputed Removals

6. Repeat Violations

Repeated or serious intellectual property violations may result in account restrictions or termination, subject to applicable law.
