ROSHOPION TERMS OF USE
Effective: 26 October 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Roshopion, including its website, community, creator, opportunity, entertainment and commerce-related features. By creating an account or using Roshopion, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Copyright Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must consent where required. You must provide accurate information and must not use Roshopion if prohibited by applicable law.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity. Do not impersonate others, create deceptive accounts, sell or transfer accounts without permission, or use automated methods to create accounts or manipulate activity. Notify us through Contact Us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable participation
Use Roshopion lawfully and respectfully. You must not publish or promote spam, scams, fraud, malware, unlawful goods or services, exploitation, hate, harassment, threats, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, dangerous conduct, manipulated engagement, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Additional Community Guidelines apply.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create and upload. You grant Roshopion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, promote and improve the service, subject to your privacy settings and applicable law. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to share your content.
5. Public content and interactions
Content posted publicly may be viewed, shared or indexed by others and search engines. You are responsible for what you disclose and for your interactions with other users. Roshopion does not routinely endorse, verify or guarantee user identities, claims, listings, offers or external links.
6. Opportunities, creators and THE ROSHOPIONS™
Roshopion may offer profiles, challenges, projects, jobs, collaborations, monetization tools, marketplace or commerce features, and participation connected with THE ROSHOPIONS™ — The Open Human Incubation Show. Availability and rules may change. Participation, ratings, badges, points or visibility do not guarantee selection, employment, payment, funding, investment, income or commercial success. Separate rules may apply to a specific challenge, transaction, production or programme.
7. Payments and commerce
Where payment, subscription, advertising, tipping, marketplace or creator-monetization features are enabled, additional prices, fees, refund rules and third-party payment terms may apply. Users are responsible for taxes and for independently evaluating transactions. Roshopion may withhold or reverse activity reasonably connected with fraud, disputes or legal requirements.
8. Intellectual property
Roshopion’s name, logos, software, design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Report alleged infringement through the process described in our Copyright Policy.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, restrict, label, remove or preserve content; limit features; or suspend, ban or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or maintain platform integrity. Moderation decisions may use automated signals and human review. You may contact us regarding a decision.
10. Third-party services
Roshopion may contain third-party links, embeds, analytics, advertising, payment or other services. Those providers have their own terms and policies. Roshopion is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
11. Service changes and availability
Roshopion is evolving in beta. Features may be tested, modified, limited, interrupted or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Roshopion is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be excluded. Roshopion and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, user conduct or third-party activity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using Roshopion. We may suspend or terminate access as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licences already necessary for operation, disclaimers and dispute provisions—will survive.
15. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the service where practical. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India may hear disputes.
