Why I Started Roshopion
I came from a small village to Mumbai carrying dreams, but without the connections, resources or knowledge needed to navigate the opportunities around me.
Along the way, I encountered a question that stayed with me:
How can someone gain experience if nobody gives them an opportunity—and how can they receive an opportunity if everyone demands experience?
I worked in different roles, learned filmmaking and eventually directed a feature film. Some experiences brought progress; others brought difficult lessons.
Over time, I began to see that the problem was larger than one person's career.
Many people have abilities they have never had the chance to discover, demonstrate or develop. At the same time, businesses and communities have real problems that could benefit from fresh ideas and collaboration.
I started building ROSHOPION™ to explore a different approach.
Not a system built around rejection, winners and losers, but one where people can connect, cooperate, learn and create meaningful outcomes together.
The digital platform is our starting point.
The larger vision is THE ROSHOPIONS™ — The Open Human Incubation Show, a collaborative experience designed to help people discover what they can become.
This journey is still at an early stage. I am building, learning, testing and looking for people who believe human potential deserves more open pathways to opportunity.
